It is important to understand the any policy premium refunds due solely to the inability to issue the policies for whatsoever reason shall be credited back through the same payment mode chosen by the customer, while making the payment.
Refunds shall be subject to obtaining confirmation from the credit card company &/or banks of receipt of the funds into our account prior to processing any refunds.
It is important to note that the duration of such confirmation shall be as per the terms and conditions of the credit card company &/or the bank.
Any charges imposed by the credit card company &/or bank for processing such refund shall be to customer’s account only.
Any refunds following cancellation of policy issued by the insurance company shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance company which issued the policy.
The insured shall comply and submit all such documentary evidences in the manner and form as stipulated by the insurance companies.
Premium refunds are solely at the discretion of the insurance companies as per their policy terms and conditions and the website shall solely act only as facilitator of such transactions.
